Background: Our assignment with Al Akaria has commenced with the facilitation of a long-term visioning program for the company, focused on delivering on their vision of creating sustainable places that foster joy, productivity and innovation. This has required blue ocean thinking regarding the Saudi Citizen in 2025, prior to developing the Development, Marketing and Sales strategic platforms across a number of new and existing real estate developments across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We drew inspiration from the history of computing. In 1804, the Jacquard loom revolutionised the weaving industry. It used binary code patterns on interchangeable punch-cards to automate the weaving process, technology that directly influenced the first programmable computers.
